A Park For All Receives State Tax Credits
In July 2008 the “A Park for All” project received 50% Community Service Kansas Tax Credits, from the Kansas Department of Commerce. The Kansas Tax Credits are worth 50% of the dollar amount contributed and can apply against individual or corporate returns during the 2008 and/or 2009 tax years. (More information...)

A Park For All seeks fundingMission’s A Park For All Inc., established in 2006, has begun fundraising to establish a park for all children, including those with special needs. “Now it is time to realize our vision and move forward with securing the required funding,” Board Chairman and Councilman David Shepard said in a release. A Park For All Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized by community volunteers to develop a barrier-free, outdoor recreation environment for Johnson County children at 6022 Lamar Ave., Mission.
